Ronald  Lee "Ron"  Fader
Ronald L. Fader, age 79, of Drain, OR, passed away on September 26, 2017. Our beloved husband, dad, brother, grandpa, and best friend is now with our heavenly father. Ron was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing, gardening and working around his ranch. He worked for the State of Oregon Employment Division until his retirement in 1998, and was also a proud member of the Oregon National Guard.
Ron is survived by his wife of 25 years, Sandra L. Fader; his mother Clara L. Fader of Ashland, OR; sisters Judy (Roger) Chase of Lakeview, OR; Louise Fader of Gold Hill, OR; and Mary Jo Dallaire of Gold Hill, OR; his children, Becki (Darrell) Zwiefelhofer of Roseburg, OR; Angela (Scott) Hoernke of Clifton, VA; stepson Mark (Annette) Willrett of Klamath Falls, OR; grandchildren, Jason Hoernke, Ciara Hoernke, Andy Zwiefelhofer, Alex Willrett, Taylor Willrett, and Ryan Willrett; and life-long best friend, Junior Dawson, and his sons Dan and Doug Dawson.
The celebration of Ron’s life will be held on Thursday, October 5, at 1:00 pm at the Faith Lutheran Church, 820 W. Kenwood St, Roseburg. Interment will follow at 3:00 pm at the Roseburg National Cemetery, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg.
